Introducing the new HSBC Onboarding Experience

HSBC had completely revamped the way that corporate accounts were onboarded, moving forward from a process that was complex, lacked transparency and that involved a lot of manual paperwork. HSBC approached us to help create awareness, utilizing a marketing video, for its new streamlined process.

The solution

HSBC streamlined its onboarding process, making it simpler and easier to use with digital processes. To help portray the three key client benefits, a streamlined digital process, the potential to help advance business operations, and the assistance of a banking partner, we decided to interweave digital HUD elements with footage. To further indicate that HSBC maintains a close partnership with the client though the onboarding process, we enhanced the footage by adding a HSBC red overlay on portions of the footage.

The results
