The Need
Integrating two financial brands
Citibank wanted to introduce their clients to the integration of the company's virtual cards into Coupa Pay, a leading global payment platform. Given that virtual cards are growing in use for many corporations, as such, both companies were eager to showcase how the integration of Citi's virtual cards and Coupa Pay's digital platform could help the flow of capital in paying suppliers faster and more efficiently. We were approached to create an overview video, utilizing a modern and original style, to showcase the key messaging points, benefits, and the usage of features incorporated in the integration of the platform and virtual cards.
The solution
To add excitement and a touch of humanity to the integration of Citi’s Virtual Cards into Coupa Pays payment platform we landed on the idea of enhancing footage and images of people in a corporate environment with integrated motion infographics. Utilizing a linear flow, the storyline and storyboard design showcase the benefits of the products—while also incorporating a product walkthrough to highlight the fast and efficient procedures of corporate procurement when using the integrated virtual card and platform.
The results
Both Citibank and Coupa Pay were excited about the new video. The project expanded to include social media variations based on the original style.
